GROWTHFALCONS REFUND POLICY
- Post Pickup-Cancellation :
- 90% of the food value up to Rs.500 whichever is lower, in cases where food is not RTOed
- No refund in case the food is RTOed
- No refund in case the order is not marked picked up
- Pre Pickup-Cancellation :
- We will request the customer to replace a new order [So that the same food can be shipped]
- No refunds for Non made to order foods
- No refunds if order is cancelled before “food ready” is marked or if cancelled within 10minutes
- For made to order items – 40% of the food value upto Rs. 150 whichever is lower. Refunds will be issued on a case to case basis considering queries/complaints from Customer / Logistics Rider
- No Refund / Partial Refund:
- No refund for cases where restaurant provides a wrong food / spoilt food / burnt food or in a state that is not consumable by the end-consumer
- Partial refund will be given to the customer for cases of missing items , GrowthFalcons will take a consent from merchant/restaurant before issuing a partial refund
- Response to tickets:
- Full refunds will be issued to customers if there is no response to their tickets within 1 hour of the ticket being raised
